The coaching program will not be done to you or for you. Your wellness coach will present resources and support. If you are not getting the desired results, please ask for clarification and guidance. You are responsible for your own decisions and creating desired results with the support of your life coach.
Mental Health Coaching services do not diagnose, treat, or evaluate existing or new mental illness and are not a substitute for licensed mental health services.

You have the capacity and the inner resources to overcome past roots, to grow holistically, and live prosperously. We support you on your journey to living on purpose and not by accident.

Confidentiality
As your coach, I honor the sacred trust you place in me by sharing your journey. I am committed to safeguarding your privacy and treating all information you share as strictly confidential. Your story is yours alone, and I will never use it for my own benefit or disclose it to anyone without your explicit written consent.
This commitment to confidentiality is the foundation of our coaching relationship, built on mutual respect and trust. Even after our coaching journey concludes, this promise remains steadfast. Together, we create a space where you can feel secure, knowing your truth is respected and protected.
Cancellation Policy
Please provide a minimum of 24-hour notice for cancellations. No shows and late cancellations will incur a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations should be submitted via the online booking system.
Due to the nature of services rendered, refunds are not issued for coaching services. Unused meeting minutes and credits may be applied to future TLCC coaching events and programs or gifted to another person.
