Peace of Mind

There is so much peace in nature. Water represents life because it is always moving, even when you can not see it. It’s obvious when the wind is blowing because you can see the direction of the current on top of the water. Have you ever noticed that regardless of the weather there is always a breeze by the water, like the water is able to breathe and give life.

Life is always moving even when we aren’t. Sometimes we can become stagnant and we need a breath of life. Living a holistic life that is constantly moving and progressing requires moments like this. Where you can sit and allow the flow of the breeze to breathe life into your mind. In order to achieve this you have to allow your mind to shut down for a short time. Just allow your mind to rest.

I like to sit by the water to achieve this mental rest because the water is soothing, helps to relax the mind and clears my thoughts so that I can think clearly. Find your spot, your place of peace that will allow your mind to be rejuvenated. Visit it as often as needed to keep the balance.
